Imposition of Tax (Amendment of Section 211).

An Act

entitled

Gaming Control (2013 Budget) (Amendment) Act 2012,

Being an Act to amend the Gaming Control Act 2007,

MADE by the National Parliament and deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2013.

IMPOSITION OF TAX (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 211).

Section 211(1) of the Principal Act is amended by repealing Paragraph (b).
