AN ACT

entitled

District Development Authority (Amendment) Act 2015.

Being an Act to amend the District Development Authority Act 2014,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation in accordance with a notice in the National Gazette by the Head of State, acting with, and in accordance with, the advice of the Prime Minister.

APPLICATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2).

Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended by -

(a) deleting the word "or" appearing between the words "Bougainville" and "the" and inserting a comma in its stead; and

(b) deleting the full stop at the end of the word "District"; and

(c) inserting the following after the word "District":

"the Hagen Open Electorate, the Kokopo Open Electorate and Lae Open Electorate.".
