AN ACT

entitled

Appropriation (Judiciary Services 2010) Act 2009,

Being an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund a sum for Judiciary Services for recurrent expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2010.

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. GRANT OF K50,225,300.00.

Subject to authorization from the Minister, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the recurrent activities of the Judiciary for the year ending 31 December 2010 the sum of K50,224,300.00, as in the Schedule.

2. APPROPRIATION.

Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the financial year ending 31 December 2010 are appropriated for the recurrent activities of the agency listed in the Schedule in the financial year ending 31 December 2010.
