SCHEDULE.

AN ACT

entitled

Appropriation (National Parliament 2023) Act 2022,

Being an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, a sum for the National Parliament for Operational and Capital Investment expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2023.

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. GRANT OF K220,660,000.00.

Subject to authorisation from the Minister responsible for treasury matters, the Departmental Head responsible for treasury matters may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the Operational and Capital Investment expenditure of the National Parliament for the year ending 31 December 2023, the sum of K220,660,000.00.

2. APPROPRIATION.

Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the year ending 31 December 2023 are appropriated for Operational and Capital Investment expenditure only and for the agency listed in the Schedule.

Estimates of expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2023.
