RE APPLICATION BY THE GENA GROUP
FOR ORDER NISI FOR CERTIORARI

This is a similar application to that in respect of the Endugwa Group and relates to long-standing dispute between the Gena and Siku Groups.

A like type of order was made by the Commissioner for Native Land and for the reasons which I have elaborated in the former application (No. 604) I hold that the application is misconceived and must be dismissed.
