Liliviwa Baleimatuku joined PacLII in 2014 and was appointed as the Managing Editor in
November 2025. She is responsible for PacLII's publishing operations, including editorial,
technical, and stakeholder management.

Ephraim Ruddley

Ephraim Ruddley has been with PacLII since 2003 and currently serves as Assistant Editor.
His past roles include Assistant Editor of Hard Copy Legislation, Assistant Editor of the
Pacific Islands Treaty Series, and Commercial Trade Law Materials Collection.
He leads the PacLII's digitisation initiatives and works closely with communities to enhance
access to and understanding of legal information. His efforts support the development,
preservation, and accessibility of legal resources across the Pacific region.

Irene Okau

Irene Okau commenced as the Administration Officer in January 2026 and is responsible for PacLII's
daily administrative operations, and oversees records management and communication
support services. Irene is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of the South Pacific.
