Plaintiff, Hersin Santos proved without contradiction that he had been hired by the Kitti Municipal Government as a secretary at the rate of $20.00 per month and that wages were earned but not paid in the amount of $105.38. Kitti Municipal Government has paid $4.73 to the coop on behalf of plaintiff, which is held to be a setoff against the amount claimed by plaintiff.

It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that:-

1. Judgment be awarded to plaintiff and against defendant in the amount of $101.65.
2. Court costs be awarded to plaintiff.
