1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Amendment) Regulations 2020.

2. Commencement

These Regulations come into effect on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

3. Amendment of Motor Traffic Regulations 2014

These Regulations amends the Motor Traffic Regulations 2014.

4. Amendment of Regulation 6

Regulation 6(1) is amended by inserting new a paragraph (q) immediately after paragraph (p) as follows:

‘ (q) for vehicles of the Naoero Postal Services Corporation - the letters ‘POST’ followed by two numerals in sequential order in a series commencing with “POST 10” and ending with “POST 99” in black on a white background.’
