Cabinet makes the following Regulations under Section 96 of the Liquor Control Act 2017:

1. Citation
   

These Regulations may be cited as the Liquor Control (Trading Hours) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.

2. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

3. Amendment of Liquor Control (Trading Hours) Regulations 2020
   

The Liquor Control (Trading Hours) Regulations 2020 is amended by these Regulations.

4. Amendment of Regulation 3

Regulation 3(1) is repealed and replaced as follows:

(1) The trading hours for the sale and supply of liquor under an off licence shall be from 10am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday.
