An Act to amend the Consular Privileges and Immunities Act 1976

Certified on 21 December 2012

Enacted by the Parliament of Nauru as follows:

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Consular Privileges and Immunities (Amendment) Act 2012.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on certification.

3 Act amended

Schedule 1 amends the Consular Privileges and Immunities Act 1976.
