AMENDED FIRST APPEARANCE BAIL & PRE-TRIAL SCHEDULE

With respect to Defendants Tien Jeuer, the matter came before the Court on May 26th 2006 at 2.00pm, for first appearance on the Republic's Criminal Information filed May 26, 2006 which alleged that the Defendant committed Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.

Defendant was informed of his rights and he confirmed he had been informed of the charge against him. Defendant was not required to plead.

Bail

Defendants were in custody at the time of the first appearance following the issuance of an arrest warrant at on May 25, 2006.

1. Defendant may be are released on payment of bail of $100.

2. Defendant must attend all court appearances as required.

3. Defendant obey all laws and ordinances of the RMI.

4. Defendant shall not consume alcohol until completion of this case.

5. Defendant shall not leave Majuro Atoll without leave of this court.

Failure to obey any of these conditions may lead to bail being revoked and the Defendant being taken into custody.

Pre-trial Schedule

A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for Majuro on Friday June 9, 2006 at 9.00am.
