Deceased had adopted the brother of the accused and had exercised traditional custom on Abaiang of having sexual intercourse with adopted son's wife - accused got angry and attacked deceased, fought and then beat deceased on the ground with a stick killing him, - accused married - aged 32 - 3 children - good character - copra cutter - life imprisonment.
