ORDER OF THE COURT
______________________________________________________________________________

1. Ms Nemta for the Prosecution and Ms Babera for the accused failed to appear at 10am today even though notice was served for today’s sentencing hearing.
2. This is an urgent case requiring sentencing of the accused who is on bail awaiting his sentence.
3. The hearing was supposed to be conducted last week but Ms Babera requested for an adjournment to today. There is no information from both counsels as to their absences. This is contemptuous and lacks court’s etiquette and proper protocol.
4. The Police are hereby ordered to execute the subpoena to escort both counsels Ms Nemta and Ms Babera to appear in court for the sentencing hearing at 12pm today.
