ORDER

Having heard Ms Karakaua of Counsel of the Judgment Creditor, it is hereby ordered:-

1. That any sum or sums that is payable by the Garnishee to the Judgment Debtor held in the Judgment Debtor's accounts with the Garnishee or so much of it is attached to satisfy the judgment debt.

2. That the Garnishee is ordered to pay any amount so attached to the Judgment Creditor immediately upon the service of this Order to the extent of USD$21 ,752.13 with interests of 18% per annum to answer the judgment in these proceedings until any further order of the Court.

3. That the Garnishee shall make direct payment (in trust) of any such sums to the

Judgment Creditor's Solicitor's account as follows:-
