[1] This is an application for an order to recover possession of land under s 3 of the Squatters (Recovery of Lands) Act 2005, and for an order that the respondents be evicted from that land. Ms Babera indicated there was no objection to the orders sought, but asked that the occupiers be given a month to leave. Ms Aukitino agreed to Ms Babera's request for a month to leave the land.
[2] The order is granted without opposition in the terms sought in the notice of motion. It will become enforceable on 17 April 2022.
