ORDER ON DIRECTIONS

THE PARTIES having agreed to treat the application herein as an application for Directions and with the consent of the parties I HEREBY make the following directions:

1. That discovery between the parties be made within 4 weeks of the date hereof.
2. That affidavit evidence be filed and served within 6 weeks of the date hereof. The plaintiff has indicated calling 2 witnesses and the Defendant 3 witnesses.
3. That unless otherwise ordered witnesses shall present themselves on the date of the trial for cross examination.
4. That issues be settled within 8 weeks of the date hereof.
5. That any party shall be at liberty to apply for further directions as may be necessary.
6. That the Plaintiff shall apply for the hearing date to be fixed for the trial of this case within 60 days after the settlement of issues between the parties.
