[1] By information filed on 17 July 2019, the accused was charged with 1 count of fabricating evidence, contrary to section 104(a) of the Penal Code (Cap.67).

[2] Counsel for the Republic has now informed the court of the Attorney-General’s desire to enter a nolle prosequi under section 68(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap.17).

[3] The accused is accordingly discharged.

[4] This file is to be closed.
