ORDER


HAVING heard Counsel and having heard the witness and being satisfied that service of notice of hearing was effected on the respondent, the Court grants the order sought that:


(1) The applicant do have possession of the lands Terereua 819(w) and Terereua 819aa pursuant to section 3 of the Squatters (Recovery of Land) Act 2005.

(2) The respondent and those occupying the said lands under his authority shall vacate the land within one (1) month from the date of this order.

(3) Costs of this application to be paid by the respondent.
