CONSENT ORDER

HAVING heard Ms Timeon of Counsel for the Judgment Creditor/Plaintiff and Ms Tekanito of Counsel for the Judgment Debtor/Defendant and both Counsel having consented, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that;

(1) The Judgment Debtor is under an undertaking to pay $250.00 every month to the Judgment Creditor by every end of each month commencing from 30 June 2015;
(2) That the Judgment Debtor shall continue to pay $250.00 monthly until the judgment debt dated 11th September 2009 is fully satisfied;
(3) In any event that the Judgment Debtor defaults to comply with the terms of the Order, the Judgment Creditor is given liberty to issue execution by writ of fieri facias on the outstanding amount and costs.
