Court: Notice to Show Cause was not issued. But be that as it may, the record shows that a default judgment was entered on or around 27 May 2009, the same having been filed on 25 May 2009. Since then no further steps were taken in this matter. It is now more than six years since such judgment was entered. It has expired by virtue of O.45 r.22 of the Civil Procedure Rules.

The suit is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
