SENTENCE

Zehurikize, J: Since both Counsel have considered the health condition of the convict and agreed that he pays the remaining sum of $5,520 and that he be given a suspended sentence, so be it.

The convict is sentenced to a term of two years' imprisonment but suspended for the same period on account of good behaviour including the refund of the $5,520. He is ordered to pay the Government the sum of $5,520 within a period of three months.
