ORDER TO VARY REMAND WARRANT

Having perused the application dated 26 August 2014 and reading the affidavit in support, I make the Order that the Remand Warrant dated 10 August 2011 and further extended on 5 September 2011 be varied so that the accused now be transferred from Betio Prison to be kept at Mental Health Ward at Nawerewere until further order of the Court.
