ORDER FOR EXAMINATION OF JUDGMENT DEBTOR

Upon hearing Counsel for the Judgment Creditor, and upon considering supporting affidavit on behalf of judgment creditor, it is hereby ordered that the above-named judgment debtor attend and be orally examined as to whether any and what debts are owing to him, and whether the said judgment debtor has any and what other property or means of satisfying the judgment signed herein, on the 20 July 2012.

The examination will take place before the Commissioner on Thursday 8 November 2012, 9:30 am and that the said judgment debtor produce any books or documents in his possession or power relating to the same before the said Commissioner at the time of the examination and that the cost of this application and of the examination there under be in the discretion of the Commissioner.
