ORDER
(Ex-parte)

Having heard Mr Berina, Counsel for the Applicant/Judgment Creditor and having considered the affidavits in support of the application, it is hereby ordered that:

1. All accounts with the above- named Garnishee, in the name of Nakirimatu Marine Export, including account number 864471 shall be frozen and that further dealings with such accounts shall cease upon receipt of this ORDER by the Garnishee until further order.
   
2. This ORDER shall be served on the above-named Garnishee. It shall also be served on the above-named Judgment Debtor and also on Teboko K Tarau who both live in Kiritimati Island. The Judgment Debtor and Teboko K Tarau shall be served by the Clerk of Court on Kiritimati Island and any cost to be incurred in this respect shall be borne by the Applicant/Judgment Creditor before service is commenced.
   
3. This ORDER shall be served on the said Judgment Debtor and Teboko K Tarau along with the Notice of Motion and the affidavits that have been filed in supports of this Motion.
   
4. This ORDER is returnable on the 20th November 2012 at 9:30 in the forenoon. Either the Judgment debtor or Teboko K Tarau is at liberty to apply for an earlier return date if either or both of them so wish.
