HAVING HEARD Ms Maitinnara of Counsel for the Applicant and Ms Kirata of counsel for the respondent and having read the affidavit in support of the application IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the contribution standing to the credit of the respondent with the Kiribati Provident fund be attached in full or such amount as would satisfy the judgment debt ordered by the Court on the 24 January 2012.

Liberty is given to both parties to reapply for an Order to uplift this Order should the circumstances change.
