ORDER

Order that money paid into Court by CPPL in the amount of $3904.50 pursuant to judgment in HCCC 7 of 2010, be released to the Judgment Creditor, Domalco Ltd to satisfy part of the judgment against them in this case. As agreed by both Counsels, $750 is to be set aside from this money and to be given to counsel for Judgment Debtor, Kiribati Engineers for Business Growth, as cost for action in HCCC 7 of 2010.
