ORDER


Having heard Mr Rubetaake of Counsel for the Republic and Mr Webb of Counsel for the Accused, it is ordered that the appropriate sentence in this case is one of conditional discharge. The accused is not to commit any offence within 12 months. Failure to abide by the condition, the accused to be re-sentenced for this offence.
