ORDER

Order of Transfer is hereby granted from Butaritari to South Tarawa, unless otherwise ordered, that the Judgment Debtor, make payment by installment in accordance with their own proposal, in the following manner;

- First payment of installments is to start after July 2010 in the amount of $800 per month for six months,

- Second payment of installments is to start end of January 2011 in the amount of $1,600 per month for another six months, and

- Third payment of installments is to start end of July 2011 in the amount of $2,530 per month for 12 months.
