JUDGMENT


Application to stay proceedings. The facts are substantially the same as in cases 46/08 and 49/08. The applicant was employed by Solar Energy on Beru: he is charged with embezzlement alleged in 2005. The indictment was filed on 1 September 2008.


For the reasons given in the other two cases (a copy of which is attached hereto) the applications are granted.


Order that the prosecution pay the fare of Katirakei Baota to return to Beru.
