By consent, Declare:


That


(1) The purported decision of the Public Service Commission to recommend the termination of the appointment of the applicant, and the subsequent action of the Beretitenti in reliance on that purported decision, are invalid; and


That


(2) The applicant remains employed as an assistant laboratory technician with the Ministry of Health and Medical Services and retains all rights ancillary thereto.
