(1) That the child Frederick Tokauea be returned for the time being to the custody of Nei Teruabine Teatoi;

(2) That the child not be taken from South Tarawa without the prior permission of the Court;

(3) That there be an immediate hearing of Nei Kabane’s application for custody: such hearing to be before a magistrate who has not made orders in this case.
