ORDER


WHEREAS judgment was entered for the Judgment Creditor on 9 March 2007 in the sum of $3393.11 including interest and costs; and


I AM SATISFIED that the Judgment Debtor has attained the age of forty-five years or more; and


I AM FURTHER SATISFIED, having inquired as to the financial position of the Judgment Debtor, that the amount standing to her credit in the Kiribati Provident Fund is her only financial means to pay the sum adjudged due to the Judgment Creditor;


I HEREBY ORDER that there be attached so much of the amount standing to the credit of the Judgment Debtor in the Kiribati Provident Fund as may satisfy the said judgment debt of $3393.11.
