INTERIM INJUNCTION


Order:


  1. That the Defendants be restrained from taking any action in relation to the Kiribati School for the Disabled (‘School’) not immediately necessary to provide for the day-to-day running of the School or for the safety of the children who attend the School, until further order of the Court;
  2. That the Defendants be restrained from transferring, delegating or in any way relinquishing responsibility for the running of the School to any person or persons other than the Plaintiffs, until further order of the Court.
