MEMORANDUM


After the plaintiff’s evidence, the parties discussed settlement and came to this agreement:


The plaintiff agrees to supply to the defendant a new long shaft with the gear box and will arrange with a qualified engineer, Moote Kabure, to assist the defendant in the reassembling of the engine and gear box and will advise the plaintiff if any other parts of the engine need repair.


To allow the terms of settlement to be carried out for mention on the first mention day after return from Kiritimati (10th June).
