ORDER

Declaration that:

(1) Pursuant to S. 38 of the Development Bank of Kiribati Act the transfer of title to the land Nanoiaki 771i to Teretia Tekee and her brothers and sisters in CN 230/00 made in the South Tarawa land Court on 21 September 2000 is void and of no effect;

(2) The decision in CN 119/00 made in the South Tarawa Land Court on 10th August 2000 remains in full force and effect.
