ORDER BY CONSENT


It is hereby ordered that:


(1) The Clerk of the Parliament deduct the sum of $100 each fortnight from the parliamentary salary of the judgment debtor, Teatao Teannaki and pay it into the High Court.

(2) Such deductions commence from the next pay day.

(3) The Manager of the Kiribati Provident Fund pay to the judgment creditor, Teburoro Tito on account of the Order for costs made by the Chief Registrar on 21st December 2000 an amount up to $15,577 from the provident fund monies held to the credit of the said Teatao Teannaki.
