DECREE NISI OF DIVORCE


Having taken evidence by affidavit and having heard counsel on behalf of the Petitioner and of the Respondent, the marriage between Kaa Moaulu and Tarai Kabubuke solemnized on the 1st day of November 1998 at the General Registry Office, Bairiki, is dissolved by reason that since the celebration thereof the respondent has been guilty of adultery with Mikaio Ueaieta, the Co-respondent.


This Decree will become absolute after three months unless sufficient cause be shewn to the Court within that time why it should not.
