JUDGMENT
(Ex Tempore)


The appellant is complaining about his daughter the respondent being given a half share in the rents he receives from three pieces of land. The total of the rents is about $250 a year. The respondent is an unmarried lady with three daughters of her own. The Single Magistrate has given a long and careful judgment and has come to a conclusion after hearing and considering all the evidence. It is all a matter of fact. The Magistrate has come to a conclusion supported by the evidence. She has made no mistake of law. We should not interfere with her decision.


The appeal is dismissed.
