By consent, order that:

1. Forthwith the defendant give possession to the plaintiff of the shop at Eita known as Morty Tyres.
   
2. On or before Friday 12 November 2004, the defendant hand over to the plaintiff
   
   • (a) the tyres now remaining in the said shop
     
   • (b) the machines (except for the refrigerator) referred to in para 5 of the Statement of Claim
     

Upon compliance by the defendant with this Order, my Orders of 25 June 2004 and 8 July 2004 discharged.

No order as to costs.
