ORDER
(Ex Tempore)


Application for an extension for three months of the time within which to appeal. The applicant has made an affidavit alleging that the signature on the will of Tamweru Botao is not that of Tamweru, that it is a forgery.


Ms Maitinnara for the respondent says the will was witnessed by an officer of the KPF: the officer will say that the signature is genuinely that of the testator.


To allow Ms Maitinnara time to file an affidavit to that effect, hearing adjourned to Friday 10th September.
