JUDGMENT
(Ex Tempore)


The applicant complains that while she had been registered as an owner of the land in question in CN 264/02 the first respondent and second respondent went to the Court without her knowledge and the first respondent had the court transfer the title to the second respondent. The respondents acknowledge that this was so.


The application for review is granted, the decision of the Single Magistrate quashed. The case is returned to the Magistrates’ Court for rehearing of which all parties interested must be informed and given an opportunity to be heard.
