JUDGMENT
(Ex Tempore)


Ms Troup for the respondents Teera and Kabotau has conceded that in her reasons the Single Magistrate has come to a conclusion which is contrary to her reasoning.


That being so the Single Magistrate should be invited to review her decision as the applicant asks.


Accordingly the application for review is granted, the decision of the Single Magistrate is quashed and the case returned to the Single Magistrate for reconsideration of her decision.
