  1. That the Defendant do immediately cease trading and not trade again until further Order
  2. That the Sheriff immediately put a padlock on the front double doors of the shop at Eita, known as Morty’s Tyre Shop and hand the keys to the Chief Registrar.

Further consideration adjourned until 0930 on Monday 19 July.
