Upon reading the documents filed and upon hearing submissions of counsel for the plaintiff, this court orders that:

(1) Ateri Konolio be appointed as administrator of the estate of Konolio Biremon

(2) The estate be distributed as follows:

(a) Rebeka Konolio $375.00

(b) Ateri Konolio $375.00

(c) Savau Konolio $375.00

(d) Melelusi, daughter of Kakeia Konolio $41.66

(e) Erutene, daughter of Kakeia Konolio $41.66

(f) Taatu, daughter of Kakeia Konolio $41.66

(g) Ruru, daughter of Kakeia Konolio $41.66

(h) Erimete, minor daughter of Kakeia Kono $41.66

(i) Emma, minor daughter of Kakeia Konolio $41.66

(j) Tioti, minor son of Kakeia Konolio $41.66

(k) Koau, minor daughter of Kakeia Konolio $41.66

(l) Aberetia, minor daughter of Kakeia Konolio $41.66

(3) All the money due to the minor children of Kakeia Konolio is to be paid to his widow Tabei Kakeia on behalf of the minor children.

(4) Moneys held by the Court to be distributed accordingly.
