JUDGMENT
(Ex Tempore)


This is another of Mr Berina's cases. Ms Huston has explained to the appellants that if it is to be heard on Tarawa it may be at their expense. The appellants are still anxious that the hearing be in Tarawa and Mr Berina represent them.


That being so, the appeal is struck out but with leave to the appellants to apply to the court on Tarawa within three months.


A copy of these reasons is to be given to Mr Berina.
