ORDER


By consent, I hereby order as follows:-


1. Judgment be entered for the Plaintiff in the sum of $17,382.00.


2. The Defendant be entitled to set-off against this figure the sum of $37,161.71, paid to the Plaintiff on 15 June 2002.


3. Taking into account interest on the payment referred to in paragraph 2, the Plaintiff is hereby ordered to pay to the Defendant the sum of $20,432.71, such sum to be paid in monthly instalments of no less than $500.00 until such sum is paid in full, clue on the first day of every month, with the first payment to be made no later than 1 March 2003. Should the Defendant default in payment of any instalment the total balance outstanding shall become due and payable forthwith and enforceable as a judgment for that amount, with interest to accrue on the sum outstanding at the rate of 5% per annum.


4. There shall be no order as to costs.
