By consent it is hereby ordered that:-

1. Kakia Kateintenang be registered on a plot, sufficient for a houseplot in the spot marked "A" in the attached plan with a right of way to the main road.

2. Namarewer Aata be registered on .25 acres on the spot marked "B" in the attached plan with a right of way to the main road.

3. The Trustees of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints ("LDS") pay Kakia Kateintenang the sum of $1,750.00.

4. The Trustees of the LIDS pay Namarewer Aata the sum of $1,500.00.

5. The Trustees of LDS pay cost in the sum of $1,250.00 to the 1^st appellant.

6. The injunction granted on the 11^th February 2003 by the Marakei Magistrates' Court be discharged.
