Appellant not served: no one in the maneaba volunteers any information about him. In 1998 the appellant was sentenced to one month's imprisonment and thereafter ordered to stay on Tarawa for one year. The penalty has either been expiated or never served nor should it be after so long a delay. Appeal struck out.
