JUDGMENT
(Ex Tempore)
The appellant is dissatisfied with the boundary fixed by the Single Magistrate. This was a matter of fact. The Single Magistrate has acted reasonably in fixing the boundary where he did. That boundary should not now be disturbed.
The appeal is dismissed.
