DECREE NISI
Having read the petition of the petitioner and having heard counsel on her behalf, the Respondent consenting to the marriage being dissolved on the ground alleged, it is hereby pronounced that the petitioner has sufficiently proved the contents of the said petition.
In the exercise of the discretion conferred upon the Court by section 4 of the Matrimonial Causes Act, 1950, it is hereby decreed that the marriage, had and solemnized on September 21, 1979 at Kapuaiwa Building, 426 S. Queen St., Honolulu Oahu Island, Hawaii between Tokarateata Corbett, then Tokarateata Rakobu, the Petitioner and Charles Frederick Corbett Jr, the Respondent be dissolved by reason that since the celebration thereof the said Respondent has been guilty of adultery, unless sufficient cause be shown to the Court within 21 days from the making of this decree why such decree should not be made absolute.
